BLOOM is a seasonal day retreat designed to align body, mind, and nervous system with the renewing energy of spring. Through intentional movement, sound, reflection, and ceremony, participants are guided into clarity, grounding, and a gentle return to self.
This immersive afternoon blends yoga, Tai Chi–inspired flow, journaling, restorative practices, sound immersion, and frequency-based tools to support regulation, release, and renewal. Experienced and certified facilitators Leah Ann Hill and Kristi Bult. bring the best of their specialties together in one event.
